It all started with making beats.

Most of my early days as a producer, one of the biggest things I struggled with was a really simple question:

how do I make the vocals actually sit in the mix?

I feel like a lot of upcoming producers and artists struggle with the exact same thing.

You can get a good recording, add EQ, compression, reverb, whatever, but sometimes the vocal still doesn't feel like it's part of the song. It either sounds too separate, too harsh, too muddy, too clean, or just not like the records you listen to every day.

I spent years experimenting with that.

Trying different chains, different plugins, weird combinations, changing things over and over just to get that feeling where the vocal finally sounds right.

Sometimes I'd hear vocals from professional artists and ask myself, how do they get it to sound like this?

And then you start looking into the equipment, analog machines, expensive hardware and studio chains that can literally cost thousands.

I always wondered if we could get that kind of feeling without needing all of that physical gear.

Something simple.
Something you open, move a few controls, and it just works.

• No headaches.
• No 10 plugin chains.
• No spending half the session trying to fix one vocal.

Why don’t I just make it myself?

After years of experimenting and constantly wanting something that worked the way I imagined, I eventually thought, why don't I just make it myself?

That's really where these plugins started.

At first, I wanted to make them for myself. A collection of tools that I could always have with me wherever I go, and know exactly what each one is going to do.

All the little things I kept trying to recreate in every project.

Over time that became MIX WITH SOUL.

I wanted every plugin to be simple on the outside, but carefully built underneath.

I'm not really interested in making plugins that feel overly technical or make you feel like you need to understand every little thing happening behind the scenes.

I just want it to sound good.

And personally, these are some of the best vocals I've ever been able to get from my own music.

That's why I really think these plugins can bring a lot of value to other producers and artists too, especially people who are still asking the same question I used to ask all the time:

how do I make my vocals sound finished?

I’m still a producer first.

I still make beats, still experiment, still try random things until something feels right.

Most of the products here came from real problems I had while making music myself.

And if something I made helps you get closer to the sound you have in your head, then that's the whole point.
